Two brothers, now 14 technicians
Our story
Mick and Dave grew up in Western Sydney, both completed their locksmith apprenticeships under their old man, and started Local Lock Smith in 2011 with one van and a battered tool roll. The first month was 23 jobs. Last month it was over 1,200.
What hasn't changed: we still pick up the phone ourselves at 3am, still quote a fixed price before we start, and still warranty every install in writing. We turn up in a clearly branded van wearing the navy polo with the Local Lock Smith shield — so you know exactly who's at your door.
We're proud members of the Master Locksmiths Association of Australasia (MLAA), fully licensed under the NSW Master Licence scheme, and carry $20M public liability insurance.
